DELIVERY
Is postage free?
Within Australia postage is free on orders of more than $200 AU.
Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays across their network due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
When should I expect my order?
Within Australia, once dispatched your order should be delivered within a few weeks, but because of COVID-19 it is currently impossible to give a precise delivery date however you can track your parcel through the link sent to your email with confirmation of your order.
How long do international deliveries take?
Currently international delivery can be delayed due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19.
Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. Currently there are known delivery service delays and restrictions to many countries. For up to date information, please check the Australia Post website.
How do I check my order is on its way?
Check the current status of your delivery through the link sent to your email with confirmation of your order. Please check your inbox for the confirmation email from Hey Oscar.
SIZING
How do I work out the right collar size for my dog?
Measure the circumference of your dog's neck at the position where the collar will lie. The measuring tape should be snug, but please ensure you can fit two fingers easily between the tape and the neck.
For dog breeds with short necks, collars not wider than 20 mm are most comfortable (e.g. our Milano, Como, or Weinheim collars).
We recommended wider collars for lively dogs who tend to pull on the leash to minimize the pressure on the throat.

How do I work out the right harness size for my dog?
Hey Oscar harnesses are available to fit dogs with neck sizes up to 55 cm. You must measure your dog’s neck and belly to determine the correct fit.
Use a measuring tape to work out your dog’s neck size, but please ensure you can fit two fingers easily between the tape and the neck. Measure the belly of your dog the same way. There are three sizes of adjustable harnesses available.
RETURNS
What is your returns and refund policy?
Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned unused in original condition within five weeks of the delivery date, with the original receipt, and the completed returns slip which came with your parcel.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and you will receive an email to confirm once this is done. Please allow up to five business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We suggest you send your return with insurance or by registered or by registered post.

What do you mean by “more sustainable leather”?
Hey Oscar products made from OLIVVIA® leather are processed using an extract from olive leaves for tanning. The resulting eco leather is far more sustainable, allergy friendly, and certified by OEKO-Tex®.
Where are products made?
All Hey Oscar products are hand made by artisans in Germany by Das Lederband using the highest quality leather supplied to the Haute Couture fashion houses of Paris and Milan.
